Meet Vasiliki Tsaganos

Vasiliki Tsaganos, founder of Clear Heights Leadership Coaching, is a trusted advisor and executive coach known for her steady presence, deep ability to listen, and capacity to help leaders cut through complexity. She works with leaders and executives to deepen self-awareness, strengthen leadership capability and create meaningful, sustained results.

Vasiliki brings more than three decades of senior leadership experience across government, law and business and personal experience navigating transitions. Her background includes serving as a Federal government executive, Big Law corporate partner, corporate general counsel and nonprofit board director. She brings a global perspective shaped by professional experience in Europe and Asia and has worked with leaders across industries.  She holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.

Her coaching is grounded in trust, discretion, and genuine partnership. Vasiliki meets leaders where they are, and she creates a confidential space for thoughtful reflection and candid dialogue. With a strategic and pragmatic approach, she blends disciplined inquiry with practical insight to help leaders broaden perspective, challenge entrenched assumptions, gain clarity amid complexity and translate insight into intentional action aligned with what matters most.

Her coaching approach is built around the individual leader. Each engagement is shaped by the leader’s goals, context, and challenges, with flexible duration and tools selected to support the specific leader.
